Bianca Sibisean is an Emotional Wellness and Executive Functioning Coach who helps adults, parents, and neurodivergent individuals create balance, focus, and self-trust through a compassionate, nervous-system-informed approach. She combines evidence-based executive function strategies with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation tools to help clients move from overwhelm to confidence and clarity.
Originally from Romania, Bianca holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, and Psychotherapy, as well as a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy. Before relocating to the U.S., she worked extensively with clients in clinical and private-practice settings-work she continues remotely today. Her international perspective enriches her coaching with a deep understanding of cultural identity, adaptability, and the shared human need for connection and authenticity.
Bianca’s approach integrates the Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and parts work, supporting clients in understanding how their nervous system, emotions, and thoughts interact. Her work focuses on helping each person build practical systems that honor their uniqueness while cultivating emotional balance, regulations, and resilience.
Passionate about human development, Bianca believes that every individual deserves support tailored to their own rhythms and strengths. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and live as authentically as possible- in work, relationships, and daily life.
