My ideal clients are thoughtful people who feel weighed down by trauma, grief, or the nagging sense that life has lost its meaning. They may struggle with loneliness, low self-esteem, or the pressure of making big life choices. Some are in the midst of transitions—relationships, careers, identity shifts—that leave them feeling unmoored. Their deepest need is to be understood and validated. Their goal is to reconnect with purpose, authenticity, and resilience, to not just cope with life but to feel more fully alive in it.
I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, creativity, gender, race, relationships, and life transitions. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, with an approach that honors the complexity and uniqueness of each client’s life. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and move forward.
Life can feel unbearably heavy when you’re carrying grief, trauma, or uncertainty alone. You don’t have to face it by yourself. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel truly seen and understood while exploring what truly matters. Together, we’ll work toward healing and a more meaningful, authentic way of living
