Existence is so weird. One moment you’re spiraling with questions like, “Why am I here? What’s the point? Who even am I?”—and the next you’re strutting around like the main character, unstoppable and on top of the world. Then, out of nowhere—boom—you’re face-planting straight back into the existential void. So what do we do with all this? It’s overwhelming.
I grew up performing—captivated by the magic of embodying all the parts of myself I was keeping hidden in my everyday life. Acting wasn’t just a passion; it was a way to safely practice connection and communication. As a therapist, I bring my creative spirit into the space. Using talk and drama therapy techniques—like role-play, improv, storytelling, and games—I’ll support you as you navigate this thing called existing.
I’m passionate about working with the square pegs in a round-hole world—the creatives,
the nerds, the deep feelers, the folks who’ve always felt a little out of sync with “normal.” Together, we untangle the messy stuff. Sure, I’ve got clinical skills, but I bring lived experience, curiosity, and a sense of humor about the weird chaos of being human. I believe it’s crucial to make space for joy and humor both in and outside of sessions. Therapy is hard work, yes—but it can also be playful, exploratory, and a space where you get to try on different hats and see what fits.
I truly love what I do. If you’re curious about working together, reach out to schedule a consultation — I’d love to hear from you.
